What Leadership actually looks like

Imāms be like:

As per al-Imāmah/al-Imārah (Leadership), lets take a Look into the Leadership-Career of Muhammad ibn-`Abdillah (Peace be upon them):

1. They never complained about
their Qiwāmāt/Responsibilities.

2. They never shirked their Qiwāmāt.

3. They never attempted to shift their Qiwāmāt upon Others.

4. They never abused their Authority.

5. They never tried to 1-Up anyone else, via pretending to know everything.

6. They never rejected Correction, Advice, etc.

7. They were always 24/7 On-Call.

8. They never took any Vacations.

9. They never took any PTO’s/Paid Time-Off.

10. They never took any PDO’s/Personal-Days Off.

11. They never took any SDO’s/Sick-Days Off. (Literally…even via their own Death-Bed: Muhammad still held the Reins of Leadership over their Ummah/Nation & produced Positive-Results).

Now (regardless of whether they’re at the Helm of a: Masjid/Mosque, Jamā`ah/Community, `Ālam/Balad [Country], etc.): how many “Muslim-Leaders” do we know whom match-up to this Furqān/Standard of
al-Imāmah/al-Imārah?!!!
