I was asked at Work, regarding my Position on Palestinian-Issue. I literally saw this coming. I was actually surprised, that it took this long for them to ask me honestly. This literally reminds me of a Former-Job I worked at, when I was Red-Flagged via HR, resulting from Anti-Zionism Articles which I’ve written prior.
My Bare-Knuckle Point-Of-View
The Issue, for me, as a Chaplain working via Healthcare (or any Industry where Spiritual-Care is a Paramount/Public-Service): Socio-Political Conflicts are Things which Chaplains must have a Say in. Afterall: Conflict, Oppression, Dissent, War, Politics, etc. are Religio-Spiritual Issues. As Chaplains, we’ve more of a Socio-Political Clearance to have Opinions about “War vs. Peace”. The Subject of “War vs. Peace” has always been a Moral-Issue. However, since the Western-World is influenced/dominated via the “Separation of Church&State” Paradigm, anyone whom interprets Socio-Politics via Religio-Spiritual Lenses are classified as the Enemies of Western/Secualr-Order, unless of course one aligns with the Tryants of the Times whom’re Socio-Political Puppet-Masters.
Such is no different via the Western/Secular-World Workplace. Countless Professional-Institutions are either Allies of Oppressor, or are fearful of Consequences for being Allies of the Oppressed. Which brings us to me being questioned about my Political-Stances about the Palestine-Issue. For Good-Reason: the Palestine-Issue is one of the most polarizing Political-Conflicts in the past 💯-Years. At Work, it was disclosed to me that there’s a True-Sense of Fear in the Air.

There’re Persons afraid of being Victims/Casualties of being bullied, harassed, etc.

There’re Persons afraid of being terminated from Jobs.

However, for me, as I always tell People:
Courage isn’t the “Absence-Of-Fear”. It’s the Willingness&Ability to confront Fear.

It’s actually Crazy, how as Employees: it’s an Air-Of-Fear to openly/freely express what one does/doesn’t politically approve of, while Blatant-Favoritism for Certain-Demographics is ridiculously obvious. Basically, these Occupational-Institutions want to treat Employees like Grown-Ass Children. Freedom via Democracy is an Illusion.
It’s very much typical of Occupational-Hierarchy historically:
Masters-Of-Industry want to control the Minds/Hearts of their Occupational-Subordinates.
Occupational-Subordinates think/feel “obligated” to comply with the Whims of the Masters-Of-Industry.
Freedom-Of-Mind/Hearts disemboldens Elitists. It’s literally impossible to fully enslave anyone with a Free-Mind/Heart. Political-Surpression via Workplace-Environments is 💯%-Reality.
